Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
• Free Standard Sea Shipping: All orders include standard sea freight (3-4 weeks delivery).
• Expedited Air Shipping: Available for an additional fee (1-2 weeks delivery).
• Production Timeline: Upon receiving your order, we will immediately initiate the production process. As a result, all orders are non-refundable once confirmed. Please ensure your decision is final before placing an order.

Return/Exchange:
We only accept returns or exchanges for products with manufacturing defects. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for non-quality-related issues, including but not limited to buyer’s personal preferences, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Claims made beyond this period will require the buyer to directly contact the carrier for compensation.
